Dear, Surface Loft...

...please cooperate.  So, I've been having some trouble with the Surface Loft feature in SW.  I need to create a tangent surface that will end up being a LED bulb cover / lens.

This is the final look of the LED cluster, now I need to model the remaining 4 holds, and render!

I am going to enclose the circut board and LED bulbs.  I was figuring that since the led cluster would be inbetween the wall and rock hold that it wouldnt need much, but these things are very fragile towards dust, shock and moisture.  I have some ideas for them to be stand alone units as well, furthering the project scope much further, encompassing climber community and game play.

and I'll lose that screw, silly it is.
